Making a Reservation

To make a reservation, you must send us the following information for each passenger along with a photo of their passport:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Nationality

  • Passport Number

Securing a Reservation

Once we have sent an email confirming the reservation status, a minimum deposit of 70% of the total trip cost per person must be paid to secure the booking (or full payment if the reservation is made within 30 days of the trip).

A higher deposit may be required if any supplier(s) demand additional payment at the time of booking or before the balance due date.

In some cases, full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain services, such as flights.

The applicable deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Travel Information and Documents

Fifteen (15) days before departure, you will receive all tickets, final itineraries, detailed travel information, and vouchers for hotels and restaurants.

We recommend carefully checking the details and reading all the included information.

Reservation Modification

If you wish to modify any aspect of your trip after the invoice has been issued, we will do our best to accommodate the change, but it may not always be possible. If a change is possible, administrative fees and any additional costs incurred due to the modification will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, cancellation fees will apply. These fees are calculated from the day we receive written notice of cancellation as a percentage of the total trip cost per person, excluding modification fees. The following cancellation fees apply to most trips; however, some providers have conditions that require higher or different charges:

  • 46 days or more before the travel date – Administrative fees according to the itinerary

  • 45 to 31 days before the travel date – 20% of the trip cost

  • 30 to 16 days before the travel date – 40% of the trip cost

  • Less than 15 days before the travel date – 100% of the trip cost

  • Flight payments are non-refundable.

If a refund is requested, the client will be responsible for bank transfer fees.

If the trip has already started, 100% of the total package price will be charged. No refunds will be issued for unused services or parts of the travel package that were skipped.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation fees.
